I’m a creative strategy consultant working with growing brands to develop and promote conversation-driven content that connects with the right audiences.

What I Do:
Whether developing content, partnerships, or marketing programs, it’s always been my job to first source the right opportunities, and then take them from idea to execution. I’ve gotten really good at:
Seeing clear opportunities in ambiguous, dynamic environments
I thrive in the hot seat and thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to be the glue that aligns and then realigns a company’s big-picture goals with the strategic partnerships, projects, and programs that can help reach them.
01
Building the relationships that lead to coalitions of support
I believe that even the best ideas are useless when the right stakeholders aren’t brought onboard and empowered to contribute. My genuine interest in connecting with those around me combined with my affinity for effective, proactive communication makes building coalitions of support seamless.
02
Securing & scaling strategic partnerships
I find a special kind of satisfaction in developing partnerships that achieve a win-win-win between the company I represent, the partners we align with, and the audiences we’re aiming to connect with. At each company I’ve worked at, I’ve built unique partnership models then managed the resulting 100+ accounts from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies.
03
Mobilizing teams to make sh*t happen
As a project manager, I think of my role as being the horsepower behind talented contributors, providing high-level vision, advocating for resources, and building the organizational infrastructure that marries innovation with accountability. I lead with my left brain while having a deep appreciation for those who lead with their right.
04

When I’m on your team you can expect to:
Get familiar with hearing me wonder how “this could work better, this decision will impact the team, what we’ve learned about this in the past.”
01
Be pitched on opportunities I’ve found to optimize today’s processes and make plans for future iterations.
02
Watch disorganized conversations and email threads organized into clear action plans, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
03
See pictures of my nephews and receive surprise coffee deliveries to celebrate the little victories.
04
Strategic Consultant for various companies
In my consulting work, I partner with vc-backed, early-stage companies to implement new strategic partnerships, project management, and marketing programs and processes to prepare for and support their next phase of growth.
Work History
Founder of wellness platform Do The Good Stuff
Motivated by the toll that burnout was taking on women and minoritized groups in the workforce, I developed a content platform offering a niche community access to a curated database of personal, accessible wellness resources. In addition to building the product, I secured seed investment, scaled the team, and managed day-to-day operations.
Community Manager for Pictage
Directly out of college, I launched and managed the editorial and strategic direction of Pictage’s first content marketing platform, The Photo Life, which served as a key source of lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention for the SaaS company.
Sr. Director of Marketing Partnerships for Kitchen United
After being promoted to Senior Director, I managed the team responsible for all company communications, B2B and B2C messaging strategy, and 100+ client partnerships including workflows, budgets, and individual performance.
Sr. Director of Digital Strategy for Special Olympics World Games LA 2015
When I joined the Games Organizing Committee for the world’s largest sports and humanitarian event in 2015, I was tasked with building and executing a digital coverage strategy for the 9-day multi-location event - a first for the international organization. After contributing to the 2.3 billion Games-time impressions, the strategy and resulting plan became a playbook for future events.
Director of Content Marketing for Kitchen United
I joined the gv-backed ghost kitchen startup just after Series A funding. In my first year, I built the marketing strategy and operations infrastructure including consumer and corporate brands, target account strategy, and project management systems.
Founder of content marketing consultancy Plume & Post
After seeing the demand for content marketing for small, creative businesses, I partnered with two coworkers to launch the boutique content marketing agency Plume & Post, while retaining our previous employer, Pictage, as a client. During this time, I worked with over 20 small business clients to develop and implement content marketing strategies unique to their company’s goals.
Kind words from past collaborators
“Elizabeth’s ability to lead diverse teams – driving collaboration, experience, and critical outcomes – is unmatched.”
Elizabeth is a true thought leader, partner, and effective communicator at every turn. She is strategic, innovative, and with a growth mindset, Elizabeth is constantly seeking ways to elevate performance by bringing people along the learning journey with her.
- Luke Pawlak, former VP, Operations at Kitchen United
“Elizabeth was a key contributor to the company achieving 90% growth in retail and increasing online conversions by 20% within three months. I recommend her highly.”
After recognizing the opportunity to drive meaningful revenue through a robust and comprehensive digital strategy, I brought Elizabeth in to build and execute. Elizabeth is a very unique talent. She defines the tactical activities required to achieve corporate objectives, aligns cross-functional teams in every effort, delivers on time with strong project management skills, and contributes insightful and thought-provoking observations that strengthen company direction. Her abilities go beyond any specific function and with a broad understanding of any competitive landscape and business, her role rapidly expanded into leading a variety of revenue and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
- Jen Henriksen, former CEO at RĀKO Coffee
“While she didn't hold a business development title, per se, Elizabeth proved to be one of Kitchen United's best business development assets.”
Elizabeth is uniquely skilled at the art of connecting to people, listening to them and understanding their needs, and then figuring out how to make her message mesh with their wants in a way that can generate benefit for both companies. Her ability to quickly develop the deep knowledge necessary to inform meaningful, strategic moves was invaluable to our early growth.
- Jim Collins, former CEO at Kitchen United

Creative Projects
Strategic content development has always been a key asset and interest of mine, whether that’s building digital content into a partnership plan, managing the creative team launching a new branded podcast, or crafting a presentation deck to get executive buy-in.
